Registration of overseas voters for the 2016 Philippine national elections begins May 6

The Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Basel shall be closed to the public effective 01 July 2014.

Applications for issuance of visas and processing of authentication documents and other notarial services can be sent to the Philippine Embassy in Berne with address at Kirchenfeldstrasse 73-75, 3005 Berne. 


Extensions of Validity of Passports No longer Allowed Beyond October 2015


Power failures, technical breakdowns and natural calamities may delay the release of passports. Applicants are advised to book flights taking into consideration such incidents. NO REFUND of fees will be made on account of these unforeseen delays.

The public is advised to secure their passports prior to booking their flights.

Flight bookings should ONLY be made if passports are still valid for at least six (6) months.

Ang mga di-inaasahang pagkawala ng kuryente, pagkasira ng makina at pagtigil ng proseso dahil sa kalamidad ay maaaring makaabala sa pagre-release ng pasaporte. Pinapayuhan ang mga aplikante na isaalang-alang ito sa kanilang pagpapagawa ng flight booking. HINDI MAISASAULI ANG BINAYARAN NA PASSPORT EXPRESS FEE DAHIL SA MGA NABANGGIT NA KADAHILANAN.

Pinapayuhan ang publiko na kumuha muna ng pasaporte bago magpagawa ng flight booking.

Dapat lamang magpagawa ng flight booking kung ang pasaporte ay may bisa pa na di-kukulangin sa anim (6) na buwan.
